About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in FinTech or Healthcare & Pharma to drive business growth in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the FinTech or Healthcare & Pharma sectors.
Identify opportunities for ERM and ITAM solution adoption within enterprise clients.
Drive the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in risk management and IT asset management.
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales.
Proven track record in selling ERM or ITAM solutions to enterprise clients.
Strong domain knowledge in FinTech or Healthcare & Pharma.
Experience handling the USA market—understanding customer needs, regulatory landscape, and business culture.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Prior experience in SaaS-based enterprise solutions.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in FinTech or Healthcare.
