Job Summary: As a ServiceNow GRC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow GRC module to support our organization's governance, risk management, and compliance objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, legal, compliance, and risk management, to identify requirements and develop innovative solutions to address complex GRC challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand GRC requirements and design effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Develop and customize ServiceNow GRC applications to align with the organization's GRC framework.

  2. Process Automation: Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to automate and streamline GRC processes, such as risk assessments, policy management, compliance tracking, and audit management.

  3. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management, to meet specific business needs.

  4. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems, tools, and platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

  5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions within ServiceNow GRC to provide insights into GRC performance, compliance status, and risk posture.

  6. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow GRC functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and new features within the ServiceNow platform to continuously enhance the organization's GRC capabilities.

  8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and configuration details.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on GRC module.

  • ServiceNow GRC implementation and customization experience, including workflows, business rules, ACLs, UI actions, and integrations.

  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance concepts and frameworks.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues to develop effective solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator) are a plus.

  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITBM, or SecOps) is a plus.
